These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EZZYPETS, including our website, mobile applications, and all services, products, and features offered through the Platform.

By accessing or using EZZYPETS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

EZZYPETS is a technology marketplace that connects pet owners with independent pet service providers.

Services available through the Platform may include:

• Veterinary appointments

• Pet transportation
• Pet photography
• Pet supplies and related services
• Other pet-related services available through the Platform

EZZYPETS serves solely as a technology platform facilitating service discovery, bookings, communication, and payments between customers and independent providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, EZZYTech IT Solutions does not own, employ, supervise, manage, or control independent providers or the services they offer.

2. Eligibility

User Requirements

To use EZZYPETS, you must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority under applicable law.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into legally binding agreements.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current account information.
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for minors using their accounts where permitted by law.

3. User Accounts

• Compare services and pricing.

• Schedule appointments.
• Communicate with providers.
• Process payments where supported.
• Submit reviews and ratings.

Service availability may vary depending on location, provider participation, scheduling, and applicable regulations.

5. User Responsibilities

Responsible Use

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate booking and pet information.
• Respect providers and other users.
• Pay applicable service fees.
• Follow provider instructions relating to pet care and safety.
• Comply with applicable laws.
• Use the Platform lawfully and responsibly.

Customers are responsible for reviewing provider qualifications, pricing, availability, cancellation policies, vaccination requirements, and other service-specific information before confirming a booking.

6. Independent Provider Responsibilities

Provider Obligations

Independent pet service providers are solely responsible for:

• Services performed.
• Business permits and licenses.
• Professional qualifications.
• Animal handling practices.
• Pricing.
• Service quality.
• Customer communication.
• Compliance with applicable laws and animal welfare regulations.

Providers must ensure that all information published on EZZYPETS remains accurate, complete, and current.

Providers acknowledge that they operate as independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of EZZYTech IT Solutions.

7. Bookings and Payments

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers.

Where applicable, EZZYPETS may temporarily hold payments in accordance with the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy before releasing funds to the independent provider.

Where applicable, the Platform Service Fee and any authorized deductions will be applied before the remaining balance is released to the provider.

Booking terms, payment schedules, cancellation policies, boarding requirements, and service conditions may vary depending on the provider.

8. Platform Service Fees

Partner Fees

EZZYPETS charges a Platform Service Fee of 11% on every completed transaction processed through the Platform.

The Platform Service Fee is automatically deducted before the remaining balance is remitted to the Partner.

The current Platform Service Fee includes payment processing costs and supports:

• Platform maintenance
• Secure payment processing
• Customer support
• Security and fraud prevention
• Marketing initiatives
• Technology infrastructure
• Continuous platform improvements

Partners remain responsible for their own applicable taxes, permits, licenses, and government obligations.

EZZYPETS reserves the right to revise its Platform Service Fee from time to time. Any changes will be communicated before becoming effective.

9. Reviews and Ratings

Community Reviews

Users may submit reviews based on genuine service experiences.

Users must not:

• Publish false or misleading reviews.
• Manipulate ratings.
• Harass providers or customers.
• Post defamatory or offensive content.

EZZYPETS reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms.

10. Pet Health and Welfare

Owner Responsibilities

Pet owners are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their pet, including:

• Vaccination status where required.
• Medical conditions.
• Behavioral concerns.
• Allergies.
• Special dietary or care requirements.
• Emergency contact information.

Failure to provide accurate information may affect the provider’s ability to safely deliver the requested service.

11. Marketplace Disclaimer

Independent Providers

EZZYPETS serves solely as a technology marketplace connecting customers with independent pet service providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, EZZYTech IT Solutions does not employ, supervise, manage, operate, or control independent providers listed on the Platform.

Independent providers are solely responsible for:

• Services performed.
• Animal care.
• Pricing.
• Facilities and equipment.
• Customer service.
• Business permits and licenses.
• Compliance with applicable laws and animal welfare standards.

The Platform Service Fee charged by EZZYPETS is solely for the operation and improvement of the Platform and does not constitute payment for the pet services themselves.

12. Intellectual Property

Platform Ownership

All trademarks, logos, software, graphics, website content, text, images, videos, databases, and other intellectual property associated with EZZYPETS are owned by EZZYTech IT Solutions or their respective owners.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

13. Prohibited Activities

Platform Misuse

Users must not:

• Violate applicable laws.
• Commit fraud or identity theft.
• Create fake accounts.
• Use unauthorized payment methods.
• Upload malicious software.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Interfere with Platform operations.
• Harass other users or providers.
• Circumvent Platform Service Fees.
• Manipulate bookings, payments, or reviews.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of accounts.

14. Limitation of Liability

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZZYTech IT Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Services provided by independent pet service providers.
• Illness, injury, or death of a pet except where liability is imposed by applicable law.
• Customer-provider disputes.
• Booking failures.
• Delays.
• Technical interruptions.
• Payment disputes beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund Policy

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Independent providers may establish their own cancellation, boarding, grooming, daycare, or veterinary appointment policies where permitted by law.

Customers should review these policies before confirming a booking.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication on EZZYPETS.
