Welcome to EZZYPETS, a pet services marketplace powered by ezzy.ph and owned and operated by EZZYTech IT Solutions.

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the standards of conduct expected from all pet owners, pet service providers, veterinarians, groomers, trainers, boarding facilities, businesses, and other users of the EZZYPETS Platform.

By accessing or using EZZYPETS, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Purpose of This Policy

EZZYPETS is committed to providing a safe, professional, and trustworthy marketplace where pet owners can connect with independent pet service providers.

All users are expected to use the Platform responsibly, respectfully, and in compliance with applicable laws, including animal welfare regulations.

2. Lawful Use

Compliance with Laws

Users must use EZZYPETS only for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Users must not use the Platform to engage in illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized activities.

3. Respectful Conduct

Professional Behaviour

All users are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally before, during, and after every booking.

The following conduct is prohibited:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or threats.
  • Abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language.
  • Hate speech.
  • Defamatory or misleading statements.
  • Impersonating another individual or business.

Customers and providers should maintain respectful communication at all times.

4. Accurate Information

Honest Accounts and Listings

Customers and providers must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.

Pet service providers must not:

  • Misrepresent their qualifications or experience.
  • Display misleading pricing or service descriptions.
  • Falsify licenses, permits, certifications, or professional credentials.
  • Publish false customer testimonials or reviews.
  • Misrepresent service availability.

Pet owners must provide accurate information regarding:

  • Pet identity and breed.
  • Vaccination status where required.
  • Medical conditions.
  • Behavioral concerns.
  • Allergies.
  • Emergency contact information.
  • Special care instructions.

5. Pet Welfare

Responsible Pet Care

The health, safety, and welfare of pets should always be a priority.

Users must not:

  • Request or provide services that violate animal welfare laws.
  • Abuse, neglect, or endanger animals.
  • Use the Platform for illegal breeding, animal fighting, or other unlawful activities.
  • Misrepresent the health condition of a pet.
  • Place providers, pets, or the public at unnecessary risk.

Providers should refuse services when doing so is reasonably necessary to protect the safety and well-being of the pet, staff, or other animals.

6. Bookings and Payments

Fair Transactions

Users must not:

  • Create fraudulent bookings.
  • Use unauthorized payment methods.
  • Manipulate pricing or service requests.
  • Circumvent the Platform to avoid applicable Platform Service Fees.
  • Abuse refunds or chargebacks.
  • Create fake customer or provider accounts.

Providers are expected to honor confirmed bookings unless cancellation is permitted under their published policies or due to exceptional circumstances.

7. Platform Security

Protecting the Platform

Users must not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious software.
  • Interfere with Platform functionality.
  • Reverse engineer or exploit the Platform.
  • Use automated tools that negatively affect Platform performance.
  • Attempt to bypass Platform security measures.

8. Reviews and Ratings

Honest Feedback

Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine customer experiences.

Users must not:

  • Publish false or misleading reviews.
  • Manipulate ratings.
  • Offer or accept payment for fake reviews.
  • Harass providers or customers through reviews.

EZZYPETS reserves the right to remove reviews that violate this Policy.

9. Independent Pet Service Providers

Marketplace Relationship

Pet service providers using EZZYPETS operate as independent businesses.

They are solely responsible for:

  • Services performed.
  • Animal care.
  • Facilities and equipment.
  • Pricing.
  • Customer service.
  • Business permits and licenses.
  • Compliance with applicable laws and animal welfare regulations.

EZZYPETS serves solely as a technology marketplace and does not supervise, manage, employ, or control independent providers.

10. Enforcement

Violations

Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

  • Removal of listings or content.
  • Suspension of bookings.
  • Temporary account suspension.
  • Permanent account termination.
  • Cancellation of bookings where appropriate.
  • Reporting unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

EZZYPETS reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action to protect the Platform, its users, its partners, and the welfare of animals.

11. Policy Updates

Changes

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices.

Updated versions become effective upon publication on EZZYPETS.

Continued use of the Platform after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
